Our guarantee is very simple: If you are not thrilled with your cheesecake, for any reason* we will send another cheesecake, or cheerfully refund your money at our discretion. The only exception to this guarantee is if you provide us with an incorrect shipping address, and the cake is late, undeliverable due to a bad address, any act of God due to natural or unnatural forces, *or due to third party mishandling (FEDEX or UPS)*. We do not offer a refund if Fedex or UPS is 1 Day Late, 2 days or more we will issue a refund. Therefore, PLEASE...double check your shipping addresses before you place your order and make absolutely certain you have entered the information correctly on your order form. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE MUST HAVE A CONTACT PHONE # WITH YOUR ORDER IN CASE THERE IS A PROBLEM. ORDERS WITHOUT A PHONE # CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. If we are out of stock of a certian item we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value if we cannot contact the buyer before the cutoff time to ship next day air.
